I didn't see Andys name down to play at Boodles. I would have thought that to be a nice venue for him no pressure.

Yes, so do I, and I think we were both right last year Deb
.
I know Andy hasn't had the best year, but there are reasons for that. To my mind there have been plenty of signs this year that when Andy clicks again it will be good. I think it started to come together in Rome and then, we have to admit it, he did better than some were expecting at RG and played better than he ever has on the clay.
Let's not forget that Andy is now the best grass court player in the world. Queen's was blip this year because of his great run in RG. Besides, Andy wins Queen's in odd years, so it's his again next year
. I wouldn't be remotely surprised if Andy wins Wimbles again. I also wouldn't be surprised if he beats either Djokovic or Federer in the final, but I's dearly love him to get to a final against someone who has never won one. He's overdue for that.

Someone needs to tell me what Pimm's tastes like. I've never tried it and I'm too much of a wimp to try something without knowing what to expect. I like a nice glass of wine, but it doesn't go well with watching tennis (honestly, I can't hold a drink to save my life!) and I used to like Smirnoff Ice, but I can't drink it now because it's lemon flavoured. Citrus fruits and me don't get on because they trigger my migraines.
Some guidance for liquid refreshment during Wimbles would be nice

My thoughts exactly,TJ. He has only ever played No 1 in GS finals whereas all the others except for Stan had to play lower ranked. He deserves an easy one. I cannot believe how well he has done this year considering the circumstances. I was hoping for QF at RG so Sf was wonderful.
