BBC Sport's Piers Newbery at Roland Garros: "It's an absolutely beautiful day in Paris, although the usual breeze is blowing up the odd dust storm on court, and after Nadal had a hit on Chatrier an hour ago, Murray is down there now trading baseline blows with a junior lefty. Tickets are reportedly going for 1,000 euros outside and this certainly feels like the place to be today."

Murray has come out of the blocks like a tortoise in his matches recently. If he does the same, it will be 4-0 Nadal before you know it, even though Nadal is a notorious slow starter.

Scottish Braveheart mentality required today Andy - go and do it please you deserve it after what you have been through this week. Agree that he needs to come out all guns balzing.
Come on Andy cometh the hour cometh the man - this is you hour....... Scotland believes

Not sure I can copy with a big match and MW simultaneously today so will probably keep quiet for most of the match. Come on Andy. Just play your best; that's all you can do. And with luck it will be good enough

All the best Andy, nothing to lose today, the whole world expects Rafa to win so go out there and enjoy this with less pressure and expectation than normal. It's going to be a fine match as it usually is with these 2 players, you've got to expect a Rafa win but you just never know!
