Would it not be a good idea to have details of Andy's next match somewhere easy to find or if not available an educated guess as to when and details of how to watch it?

I find I am trawling through really long threads to find a really basic bit of info?  confused

I'm not sure there is a designated person to start match threads, anyone can, I think.  confused

It's often very difficult to predict times due to the time differences in all the tournaments. For instance, we just found out that Andy will be third on court tomorrow. That's all we know. Also, we just found out Monfils has withdrawn and Andy will now play Karlovic.

Due to the time differences, I have to watch many of Andy's matches on streams. At this time, it looks like nothing will be shown until the 4th... but who knows, maybe that will change too.

I think if Aileen were here she'd tell you to look on MW homepage (click on top left of this page). Then find "event" on right hand side of that page.

You can get to the Japan Open schedule and order of play there, though timings have to be estimated and time differences worked out.

The Monfils/Karlovic situation got really confusing though, especially with the BBC suggesting Lacko was Andy's first opponent.

Tennis TV coverage starts on 4th as well.

I appreciate that if you really look hard enough you can glean the info you need to watch Andy.  Sometimes it's easy, sometimes near impossible.

I would have thought  it would not be too difficult a job to have an easily accessed place stating his next match or an estimate of when it's going to be; the gmt or BST of the match; and possible places to watch.  Perhaps a pinned post accessable by the mods who can update it as necessary. 

I would/could do it but I know what will happen.  Loads of people will post on the thread! It needs to be read only.

I know! I used to get my brother to find out the match timings for me (and he always gets it wrong) but now, I follow that too as it is always right Smile
