Surbiton R2: Andy Murray vs Gijs Brouwer

Quote

It was either……
A. Treated by Andy as a bit of a practice match without expending too much energy. Get through with minimum effort
B. Very very lacklustre with almost no attacking mentality

I missed his match, didnt know what time he was playing. So happy he won 7-6, 7-6, 12 aces.

He was pretty cautious today but when it went to the TB he looked comfortable. I expect him to raise the level for Nakashima as a performance like today won't be enough

Well I hope he does because the only reason Nakashima is here is because he got knocked out in round 3 of the FO, losing narrowly to Zverev.

How was his movement? Couldn't see the match, only a few points and it seems a bit rusty.

According to ATP Tour looks like there are two ITF matches on that start at 11:00 and Andy's match is the third match on, so what do you think that time will be maybe 2:30????
