The reason Murray is disliked on MTF is quite simple. Murray gets a lot of attention and this seemed to annoy fans of other young players. The reason Berdych fans are so nasty is a bit more complex. A lot of guys on MTF made some very lofty predictions about Berdych and some very uncomplementry ones about Murray. They got very upset when Murray started winning big matches and making Berdych look pretty average. They got even more annoyed when Murray beat Berdych. Consider that Berdych is something like 18 months older than Murray and apart from a fluke MS win (practcally all top 10 players were absent from the draw) Berdych has done very little. As for Murray's loss, it was expected. He will need a few more matches to get himself in form. The birdies will chirp on MTF. For some perspective he is what Berdych was doing at 18 ATPTennis.com |

I was just annoyed at Bogofan knicking our card idea but still now i have calmed down and thought about it just goes to show what a great place this is to have ORIGINAL ideas that get taken lol
