has he hit a winner yet? this is pretty abysmal.

His movement is - perhaps understandably - awful. Yet he’s still trying to play the passive pushers game. Odd.

he was so passive it was ridiculous. if you're not fully fit and your moving is compromised, why would you do nothing but try to defend and be passive?

Well, it’s nice that he’s back playing, but he’s a million miles away from being an actual contender. These slow hard courts just highlight just how impaired his movement is.

Nobody's forcing you to continue watching it.

Andy not looking sharp, also not looking like a guy who is pumped to be back at a slam. Doesn’t seem to be much intensity to his game right now. Hopefully he can find some fire for this second set.

I agree.  Pretty disappointing really.

What's wrong with Andy? He looks more lethargic than enthusiastic. No returns that put pressure on a guy with such an extremely low FSP, no aggression when the chance is there. Still a long way to go, in this match and in his recovery.

Typical!!  Andy loses the first set and the picture goes funny.  Now having to rely on the BBC website.
