Wimbledon MD R1: A Murray/J Murray vs R Hijikata/J Peers

I don‘t want to think that this could be the last match here.
It won't be because even if they lose, Andy is playing mixed doubles, probably on Saturday.

I am aware of it, yet in a way it is a farewell in small steps.

I know what you mean because I feel the same.

This AUS doubles is unfortunately really good: strong returns, fierce passing shots. The are crashing all hopes here.

Andy played really well. Just not to be.  So glad Andy will get to play with Emma. Perhaps they can win their match.

How many others watched that amazing on-court tribute hosted by Sue Barker?  I did and I'm still crying!

Yes,  very emotional.  So glad Sue Barker did the interview.

Amazing match , and fantastic tribute to a very special
man .  We shall really miss him , really great to see how
much he is loved .  Many of us have loved him from way
back  and believed in him through good times and bad.
So strong and determined , and just GREAT . ❤️

I loved the tribute, and how Andy smiled when he saw Sue Barker come out. I hope there is a video of his interview and tribute.
I hope they don’t wait too long to induct him into the Hall of Fame in Rhode Island, I would love to go watch it.
