This is annoying me.  Stats on SW19 site show Murray way down on second serve points won at 52%,but doing the calculations, he is actually first - I didnt think I would see that five matches into tournament.  Reason I checked was during his match, stats man said he was at 59% for tournament and I noticed stats on site had him at 52%.  They screwed up from his first match and its followed through doh

Murray leading 2nd serve points won  w00t

I can't wait for this tomorrow...I am going to spend the whole day today in a daze waiting for tomorrow...its gonna be even worse if he makes it to the final!

No british male has ever had a better chance, although if you read the article on the times website about the past semi-finals for male brits Taylor probably blew a great chance.  You can't say that of Henman, he always lost to the champion which carries with it a certain heroic gravitas...

Its a great match-up for Andy, everyone knows that.  If he can hold it together its there for him.  Then at least he will know when the little table appears with the union jack draped over it, and the trophy ready to be presented, that he will at least be there.  Then its all about being the winner.  A lot of people are saying Andy has had an easy draw and so much other tripe, but Fed hasn't had a test yet either.  We have seen Andy destroy Ivo the same way as Fed did yesterday.  Fed has been cruising but let's see what happens when he plays a top player on form rather than an injured and tired Nadal in Madrid, and an open field in France, i suspect some of the old frailties are still there.  All this talk from Fed that he always beats Andy in finals is all mind-talk.  A match when he was 18 in Bangkok hardly matters, and last years US Open, circumstance coudln't have contrived against Andy any more for that game.

Andy can win this, and then we will see who number 1 is by the end of the year!
