Although Andy is far the superior player and is probably the best returner against servebots in the game, I always get a bit anxious when he's playing the likes of Raonic.  If Andy plays like he did yesterday, hitting the ball so sweetly and smartly, he'll be fine.  And I'm hoping yesterday meant he'd now got the feel of the stadium properly.  I just hope the whole no 1 thing doesn't get to him, though he seems incredibly level headed about it all.
Kei looked like he'd run out of gas after the first set yesterday,   I'm just hoping he was conserving energy for today.  Otherwise Novak will make mincemeat of him even though he's not playing particularly well in my view.  I was not impressed with him in his match against Goffin.
Anyway off there soon and I'll be yelling for Andy and Kei as loud as I can (though a bit further back than yesterday).
Oh and I loved what Andy said about Jamie - brought a tear to my eye.  I've often had the sense he felt a bit guilty when he was doing so well and Jamie was close to quitting.  But now they can both bask in their achievements and feel proud of each other.  As I think Andy said, they're probably each other's biggest fans.

Odds of 2/9 means they think the chance of Andy winning is 9 out of 11, or 82%. So a very strong favourite.

Which also means that you win 2 for every 9 risked on Andy whereas for Raonic you win 21 for same nine risked. The nine is returned!

Thanks!   I never totally enjoy until the fat lady has sung.  But I'm sure the atmosphere will be great.  There was v little support for Raonic when he was playing Thiem.  That said no doubt there will be some Novak fans and some Swiss fans there who will take an 'anyone but Andy' stance.
Also I'm glad this is in the afternoon so I can relax after that.  Also, if Andy wins, it gives him more time to recuperate before the final, which might help make up for Novak having had yesterday off (assuming it's Novak who goes through given how Kei sort of collapsed last night).

Am babysitting my granddaughter this morning so taking the laptop with me and hoping to be able to keep an eye on TennisTV in between building Noah's farm and then reenacting the flood. And the Sisyphean task of tidying up the doll's house...

Go go Muzz , in 2 for me  , does it matter if Andy wins in straights and joker in 3 , I'm sure it's somewhere on here but can't find it .

No doesn't matter how Andy wins - except of course forpreserving his energy, so the quickest win possible for Andy is best really.

We buy them from a shop that imports British goods that we can't normally get here though they have recently started selling Celebrations now.  $3 for a pack of 4, so about £1.50.  They've just got their Christmas stock in drool  $35 for a tin of Quality Street Rolling Eyes  How much are they this year?  About £6 a tin I'm guessing?
Wow they look so good, wonder if I could find them in America.

I have to miss Andys match, helping my daughter with a craft show, but Andy is in good hands with you great fans, send good vibes for me.

Andy, go in believing in yourself as we believe in you and come out the winner. Good luck Andy boy!!!

I bloody love Ivan. Calling the Miami 2013 final performance 'rubbish'. That's why Andy is the man he is today.

I'd be interested to see what those unreturned serve stats for Raonic are vs Djokovic.

Andy's return stats against Milos are impressive, and he's probably played Raonic more than Djokovic has this year.
