And you should be hanging your miserable head in shame! Some fan you are.
Definitely. 2 match ban at least.

Switch to wine!! Nearly noon isn't it? I did when Andy won the second set. Unfortunately it resulted in me putting too much Chilli in the food tonight. Breathing fire now but very happy. New bottle out. Better ease off to cope with tomorrow? Well played Andy. I think that you got rather angry with yourself not to have served it out (twice!) but an Andy of yesteryear could never have put the disappointment aside and still win.

A counter puncher like Andy always fights back.

How much have I cursed him after not serving out the match twice!? And then again in the TB. I nearly lost hope. Now I am so happy for him. That is the good old MurrayRollercoaster. It was worth all the effort from Andy as every win counts! If not tomorrow, then on another day in 2017.

First of all well done Andy. I would have been commiserating with chocolate by now if he'd lost ... so Now I'm celebrating!
Ghostbusters after watching today's match part Of me wouldn't be too disappointed if he played Nishikori knowing he was still No 1 regardless.
He has had such tough opposition and Djokovic has hardly struggled. Although I can appreciate how the title would have more clout if he beats Djokovic.

Wow what an incredible match, I don't know how Andy managed it in the end. He dug deep and basically said that he wasn't losing that match. Fantastic effort.
Unlucky for Milos he played well enough to win he has had a great year and should be proud.

Busy time for Judy. Now she has to go through the pressure all over again with Jamie!

ok, if given the choice, would you take a loss to nishikori tomorrow (guaranteeing number one) or take the chance to win a first world tour final against djokovic (knowing murray must have barely anything left)?
I'd prefer Nishikori to Djokovic any day, but I doubt it'll happen.

I'd agree with that. I do not think that I could cope with another match like today. Not sure about Andy. He constantly surprises.

I agree with you. Yesterday his FSP was fabulous. Today, obviously. right off. Why? Tired? Tight? Sore? Your guess is as good as mine.

Was out today, but followed this thread from *5-4 in the third until the end. Might have been the most agonising hour of my life. You guys are the worst.
I liked Phil's anti-jinxing after the second break-back.

A true Murraywatch. All that was missing was him losing after hours of hell! I don't think he was especially tired, except perhaps globally after this long, long push of the last couple of months. But tight, yes. However, if this tournament is any guide, he ought to do much better tomorrow—viz., how he played against Stan after having a very difficult time against Nishikori!
