So how come all their stores are full of folks full of problems?

And you have to make an appointment because the lineup is always out the door.

Can't say I've had the same experience.  In fact, they even wrote off a repair for me.  That's the thing, isn't it?  I've had good service, whereas you obviously haven't, and we'll each share our experiences.  We can both only speak as we find.

In Toronto, Miami, New York, St. Maarten, and the malls in the town where I live.

I've got a 4 year old flip top pay-as-you-go cheapie.

Next time we're back in Aiberdeen, I'll send him to the store because the customer service sounds awesome.

Dell is awesome, great repair service too. With their warranties they come to your house to repair it instead of you having to send it away for weeks.
