Might be worth a try on top of some vitamin supplements....it's good for your tummy too!!
Yeah thats exactly what I was thinking. I'll ask my doctor about it when I go. Only 50 minutes left til I can leave work. Think I might leave at quarter though and say I'm ill, which I am.

Find the Hairy Hands on Spooks!
I'll have had enough frights by the end of today! For the first time in ages I was feeling good so went out to my day centre and was in the middle of enjoying lunch there when a filling came out of one of my teeth.
Phoned my dentist to find she's about to go on holiday and the only appointment I can get is 6 pm today - and I am TERRIFIED of dentists, especially as this tooth is really only half a tooth, so it could be goodbye to it.
Why is it that when things seem to be looking up, something goes wrong? Somebody up there doesn't like me ...

You'll be grand, Aileen - A wee injection and a big filling, and it'll be done.

I wish that was the case, but there's only half the tooth left and both she and my previous dentist were very keen to extract what's left. I doubt she'll do anything today though. I'm not in any pain because there's no longer any nerve in that tooth, but still ...

Urgh. If it has to come out, does it leave a huge gap or is it where you don't notice?

Fortunately it's where you don't notice. But Jeez I'm just such a coward when it comes to dentist that I get really, really stressed. That's why I'm annoyed it's happened today because I was just starting to hopefully get over the last bout of depression. Anyway I'm going to lie down for half an hour. Be in touch later.

Daisy, there isn't much left to crown!
Happy house-hunting, though.

I hate dentists to, it stems from the school dentist I had when I was a child. Every time I went he would either fill it or take it out, he was a bit of a butcher. I have a great dentist now but I still have a feeling of dread every time I go and he is so nice to me I feel so guilty. I am sure you will be fine Aileen, when you are in the dentist chair just think to yourself "I'll be out in another half an hour", it works for me every time.

Re the crown ..... I think they can build up a post to attach the crown to .... anyway, a bit late now, as you will have been. Hope it wasn't too horrible.
House hunting down the tubes AGAIN. It was a nice enough house and would have been gorgeous once I got done with it, but there is a building lot next to it and it would appear that they might be putting a pair of semis on it ... that would reduce the value of the house I was looking at - so, pass
