I am not like Rafa, but I do have red lingerie, red wellies, a red umbrella and probably a red peacoat very soooon.

I'm not a fan of the shape, but it is striking.

I take it you two aren't into the Valentine's day business?

My ruby ring was on clearance and 50% off because of V-day, so I only ended up paying $40 for an originally priced $250 ring.

Depends on what it's on. I like aquamarine necklaces, mostly because I had one when I was younger.

Where'd you buy it? I used to shop at Kay Jewelers all the time, but when I bought my watch there I had a bit of a bad experience when I discovered their profit margin on the tungsten bracelet they sold to me along with it. Having said that...

I bought a girl diamond earrings once. My goal with it was for her to wear them and people would say, "Holy crap, are those DIAMONDS?" and of course it worked. To be fair I'm a bit of doter, also a hopeless romantic. Wouldn't want a girl to feel unlucky.
