Oh, I've worked with a couple of those in my time, and it's not pleasant.  The trouble with adult bullies is that they have the knowledge and the skills to manipulate others in a very clever and veiled way.  Makes it all the more difficult for the person/people at their mercy to document.  They are clever enough to cover their tracks with those who matter, and it leaves the person on the receiving end in no man's land.  Bow out, or come across as a whining victim.  Not nice.  no
