Cheesy chips!! Everyone used to have that all the time at uni...I may have partaken of it once or twice! - maybe more a kebab van thing than a Welsh thing?!

Never even heard of this delicacy ...... so what happens? Does the cheese get melted and then draped over the chips? Might not be so bad as corn chips (hard and crispy) dipped into melted cheese tastes delicious ..

And in San Francisco the local delicacy is Sour Dough Bread (fresh from the oven) slathered in butter and eaten with Cracked Crabs, sitting looking at either the Pacific or San Francisco Bay - take your pick. Think I prefer the Sour Dough and Crabs .... |
