Been a lovely day here Hazel - we spent the best part of it at the local zoo. I know that parts of the UK have had some bad weather of late and hope the thaw soon arrives (though I realise that could bring its own problems too).

My tutor would have been led to believe that the study was conducted on the population of Middle Earth.

The 5 hr energy shots were under investigation by Health Canada (who have just recently ok-d them) but they are currently being investigated by US.

I saw today in my local WalMart today they are pushing some sort of morning Caffeine Chocolate Bars. Can't remember the name, but has a picture of an owl on it.

Sorry you suffer from chronic fatigue. Have you had your thyroid, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels checked recently?

It's a byproduct of my arthritis. It not only causes fatigue, but reduced activity as a result of the condition exacerbates it. This means that I am often only able to be truly productive for a short time each day.

The fatigue has as much to do with my inability to work as the primary symptom of my arthritis. Unless you have experienced it, you can't truly appreciate how difficult it is to be productive when you suffer from chronic fatigue (particularly when your works demands that you retain lots of information).
