Are you sure now James ..... Veronica says ...
Someone needs to get their facts straight and stop throwing their weight about.
I just said that you didn't ask a question. What did you did was speculate in such a way that Hazel was bound to respond.

I'd be delighted if you would care to post the question I supposedly asked you - then we can all be on the same page.
I didn't say you asked me a question. I said you

and I responded.

Well, actually,
I don't think Hazel allows her illness to get in the way of her social life - at least not judging by all the posted details of the various social activities she attends.
So this at least is good news ... there are lots of people who cannot manage a social life AT ALL because of their illness, so I'd say she can count herself among the fortunate ones.
You raised the topic of my back and so in responding it seemed appropriate to refer to it as well

I agree it is a LOT petty and tedious. However, if someone is attacking you and accusing you of saying things you have not said, what do you do? I'd really like to know.
Well if you do think its petty and tedious, why don't you just leave it? I'm all for standing up for what you believe in but really, its getting no one anywhere. You each have your own views, leave it at that.

I'm not in the least bit interested in you or your parents. I was giving an opinion of a sexless relationship. You volunteered the info on your parents.
Your opinion was ill-informed. I don't appreciate a sad, bitter lunatic insulting my parents.

Don't think the following is speculation ... think the following is a statement of fact. And, as you can see, does not contain any questions.

I'd be delighted to just leave it, but not when I'm being called a liar and my words are being twisted and misrepresented. Having a point of view is one thing, but distorting the truth and making someone else out to be a liar is really something else. Sadly a lot of that goes on around here - up until very recently I mainly ignored it .... however, then Hazel decided to put me in my place by telling me
YOU ARE A RIGHT BITCH
I found that remarkable. I have never ever said that to anyone, and no-one has ever said it to me, until Murraysworld's Resident Christian hurls it in my face. Remarkable is really not a strong enough word for that.

I don't think she said those exact words, Daisybabes.
It was 'You are acting like a right bitch'.
Implying it is not in your normal manner, and strange behaviour from you.

But surely then you can see, if she did say those words, your being just as bad by being rather vicious?

Well, that was the spin someone put on it .... Mark I think.
The people I know don't actually talk to each other like that, so I most probably have led a sheltered life. Either that or we all have too much respect for each other to hurl abuse.
