It would appear from your remarks in this series of posts - and I haven't bothered to list them all - that you have changed your tune towards LB - complete turnaround I'd say, from accusing me of putting off newbies to condemning LB. Try making up your mind.

LB … I do mean all powers, tax and all revenues in Scotland. That would solve the problem and stop all the complaining. They can't have it all ways.

I'm not actually making up any rules - at least that was not my intention. If someone posts comments and doesn't quote another post, I had always assumed that the new post referred to the one immediately before it. Is that not correct?
