Historical practice in the UK has always been to count in one central location to help keep the ballot secret.

Edinburgh South held by Labour.  Not a surprise, really, given that Ian Murray ran a well organised campaign and also was a popular MP, but the result is!

Massive gain - Around 15,500 votes compared to just over 2,000 in 2015.
