Trump is still refusing to concede that he lost the election, but Biden names his Cabinet anyway - the good news being that climate change will be back on the agenda with John Kerry, who signed the Paris Agreement on behalf of the US in 2016, being chosen for the role of special presidential envoy for climate.

^ Also Trump has finally accepted that the formal presidential transition period should begin, thereby allowing the release of funds and other resources for the Biden team - while vowing to keep contesting his election defeat!

And for those like myself who don't know what the transition involves -

Very interesting Alt, although it's so long I admit I skipped through parts of it.  I did like this bit though, and just wish that certain persons on this forum would put it into effect!

Fighting on social media doesn’t accomplish much and will mainly serve to make everyone more angry. While you don’t have to be nice to everyone, you’d be surprised how remaining respectful and reasonable will sometimes make someone who’s angry apologize and be more polite.

.... Then appears to backtrack on his pledge to leave the White House, unless the 'massive voter fraud' issue is resolved to his satisfaction -

^ Well he'd better get used to the idea, because the article says it all really.

Also there's this from the (Republican) Secretary of State for of Georgia -

I see Bill Barr has said there was no fraud in the election. This is a huge blow to Trumps team.
