US Presidential Race 2008

I disagree for sure. Bush has had years of experience of fixing the US economy from when it was going down under Clintons last year, he has done many good things Bush has....people just judge him on the war and ignore everything else.

blink

I can't believe you said that Tommy!  He's a complete ass!

Bush deserves to only be judged on the war, the rest is irrelevant frankly.

But Ive no time for a fight about it today.

The US economy is in decline, but yet again, so is the global economy. Someone like Yamor or Alex, who study economics - can explain far better how Bush has fared when it comes to the US economy.

And this isn't a fight surely? It's only debate.

Stem cell research - that's just one off top of my head!

It's mostly Bush's fault that the American economy is in decline. What are we, like, a trillion dollars in debt? That's ridiculous!

I don't know much about the American economy but when Tommy said Bush had helped it, I knew that didn't sound right knowing the debt was in trillions of dollars.

Jesse Jackson on Obama, when he thought his mic was turned off nervous

Maybe Jesse Jackson is scared that he'll have nothing to fight for when a black American becomes president Smile

Possible new wrinkle?

... ... "According to Pat Shannan, (assistant editor, American Free Press, July 7, 2008) it now appears that Barack Obama is constitutionally ineligible for the office of president. John McCain's eligibility was established in 1964, when courts ruled Sen. Barry Goldwater was eligible although he was born in Arizona when it was a territory, not a state. McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone when it was a U.S. territory.
And, even as the controlled media continues to ignore the ineligibility of Obama, it will not go away. While few doubt that the Democrats will manage to pull off his nomination, all remain poised to view the legal performance.

Mod NoticePost was really long so I removed most of the quote and found a link for the rest.

Can you believe who McCain chose as vice president!?!? What a fool.
Appears his little - let's get women on our side ploy has failed. What with now the whole Christian population of america going spare over the vice presidents daughter being pregnant! Funny times.
I still don't understand why American news is the first thing we're told on our news!

The only english language news here in Norway is the international version of CNN, which only covers the election and hurricanes.  You could almost taste their disappointment when Gustav was downgraded - they were so desperate for people to start dying!

The world of news reporting is very twisted these days! shocking
