I've now found a hack that I've implemented that stops this occuring. It should be fixed for you all now? Smile

I posted both these videos from the BBC Sport/Tennis website onto the "Berdych burns Murray" thread.  The first one embedded automatically, the second, as you can see, did not. 

Can you explain this anomaly - and how could I have got the second video to embed since copying and pasting didn't work?

You seem to have found some very strange bug with the video mod that I've never experienced and I've never seen someone else experience. I won't be able to fix the bug but I can tell you how to avoid this in the future (btw I've fixed your post in the Murray thread).

If you post both original video URLs together in the same post then they should both embed but going by your post, it looks like you first posted one video, allowed it to embed, then edited your post and posted the next one and for some very strange reason, this prevented the second video embedding, am I right?

Either way, this shouldn't happen but our website is unofficially forcing BBC videos to embed when the BBC does not even offer this functionality, so when you consider this fact, you have to expect things to sometimes not work properly.
