Andy must be so disappointed at having to withdraw and it brings into great doubt his fitness for the Australian Open. We have all been looking forward to watching him play again, but I wish him the very best for a speedy return to tennis. It isn’t the same without him.

Just seen your post, Elly and all fingers and toes are crossed for a good result. When you and I first started posting on here we had no thought of our future ailments, but we're still here! Since then I have acquired a mobility scooter and a pace maker but these are minor problems compared to what you have been through. God Bless.

Watched Kyle play a super match against Ferrer this lunchtime which he won in straight sets. Ferrer was not on form but nevertheless there was some super tennis from Kyle to achieve this win, he improves every time I watch him.

Many thanks for the article, Joe. Let's hope the rest solves the problem. I shall miss him very much but will enjoy watching all those promising young tennis players fight their way up the rankings. Good luck with the recovery Andy and enjoy your time with Kim and the babies.
