on the positive note guys he is in the quaters against Chela Smile.

If he's not allowed to be criticised then what is the point in a discussion forum?

Yes, it's a notable pattern. Almost does for him time after time though. Hopefully he'll be more focussed the prize moving into sight against Chela. One win away from his best ever RG showing and a meeting with a vulnerable Rafa...
am not saying he is not allowed to be critisized I am pointing out that there is no need to knit pick on his game for example his slow start which is irelavent to the fact he fought a hard match and won... thats my argument.
18  General Community / Andy Talk / Re: R4: Murray vs Viktor Troicki on: May 31, 2011, 03:56 pm
I think the negativity flows from the knowledge that he can play much better and even did so in turning it around. Why the slow start every single time though?
Not every time... he likes to have the feel of the court and to sus out his oponant, maybe slower out the blocks this time but his ankle injury was a big scare for him and with wimbledon coming up you can understand his movement had to be a little complacent but  late in the first he realised that his ankle would be fine... eventually showed his fight and strength- absoloutley pee's me off the way he gets critisised even by his fans, give the guy a break please.

I think Mardy Haddock will cause an upset this year...

Can't say Andy will cause an upset due to the fact he is expected to beat the best players but if he loses then I see it as unfortunate or he is tired Smile.

Federer will be tough for anyone on any surface but I think QF will be his highest this year at the U.S OPEN,

as for Djokovic his prime is well gone as well as Bagdahtis in my eyes out in 3rd round 4 both.

I am no psychic but I am guessing Nadal will get the news that he has wedgie syndrome a condition only Nadal has been diagnosed with Smile and forced to pull out.

Final... Murray vs.... (cant be bothered to look at draw)

I agree mentally he is not up there at the moment but he done really well to get to a final of a tournament which he really wasn't prepared for... probably would of won it if his preparation was there... that's what wins tournaments and that is why Del Potro is stupid for entering the u.s open because he is not PREPARED.

New surface, new change of attitude I reckon!!!
22  General Community / Andy Talk / Passive (weak mentality).. agression (strong mentality!!!) on: March 28, 2010, 05:36 pm
The change in Murray's game recently is transparent, Last year he didn't give players a chance to control points because Andy took charge from the first point and was more confident going for his shots.

This Month he has sat back because he is scared to go for the BIG shots which is a hint of lack of confidence and match play... in the next tournament he needs to be aggressive from the first point and if he makes the big shots from the off then he will most likely win the match and gain confidence which will force him to be more focused and strong minded!. I THINK ANYWAY lol

I'm going to try bet365 and see if that works.  Don't think there was anything on Justin.tv when he was playing Almagro.
I have been watching the tennis on channelsurfing.net, the foreign channels seem to have the best quality 4 sum reason?

I think the main problem is John Lloyd... we need someone in who makes good decisions at the right times, seems that John is all lost at sea. I know we don't have many options with players but a good coach will find the best in the people we have.

27  General Community / Andy Talk / Re: MC QF - Murray vs Davydenko on: April 17, 2009, 05:22 pm
My prediction.

Davy in 2.

Davy makes Andy run like no other player I think. the key will be to try and get Davy to do all the running then Andy can win. I'm not confident though. think Davy has a better clay court game and will make it count.
[what's all this negative attitude? Murray can beat Davydenko he has done b4... c'mon Murray I have faith in ya liiiiid./quote]
28  General Community / Andy Talk / Re: MC QF - Murray vs Davydenko on: April 17, 2009, 04:36 pm
You could be the best clay court player ever, if ur confidence isn't there then u will lose against the worst claycourt player ever who's confidence is high. to put that in perspective confident: WINNER  not confident: LOSER. IT IS ALL ABOUT THE CONFFFFFIIIIIIDENCE GUYS, i am typing this after having 7 redbulls hehe.
