I am quite fascinated by Jamie Baker's career at the moment. He really seemes to be spurred by what Andy's achieved and by the experience of hitting with the Davis cup team. I think it'd be a great to see him in the team in Glasgow. One to keep a good eye on down under! Lets hope he keeps making waves in the Challengers.

Did you know Billy Connelly's already bought Scotland on the World one? It's not even built yet! I was out there in September 2004 visiting my friend's parents who live out there. My friend was over for Christmas and she says even I wouldn't recognise the place now the construction is going so fast. rally nice place, I loved it. Extremelly hot in the summer. My friend's Dad actually invited me out to stay with him at the end of the month for the tennis. He said he's get me tickets for a couple of days at the end of the week. Too bad I've got uni! Maybe I could head out next year instead!

I agree with you. And I think he would too. I just don't think tht at the moment, considering the career he's had, he doesn't want to end it on this particularly bad note after a year of injury. One last good year, Couple of semi's, final, definately into the sacond week of a slam would be fantastic.

If he keeps playing well. Have to remember Karlovic is at home and managed to beat Ancic. Could be a bit of a dark horse for Tim. Although wouldn't it be fantastic for the croatians to have a Karlovic Ljubicic Final!

I should think so. Especially if he keeps playing like he did on Wednesday. his all round game was as good as i've ever seen it. He reads serve so well. Just get that 1st serve % up and there'll be no stopping him.

I think the original objections to Hawk Eye won't help. Plus, you know these tennis players, anything for an argument. Gets the adrenaline going. Some of them need it for there game. Look at McEnroe etc.
