Re: the economy, it won't be clear whether any drop in the markets will be as a result of the (as it stands) hung parliament thanks to the whole European debt issue. Then we'll get the Labour/Lib-Dem/Conservatives arguing that it's all due to the hung parliament/EU in a shoot for even more political points.

The Lib Dems can promise whatever they like. They can offer daily free ice cream and back massages for all with impunity, cos they know they'll never have to implement any of it.
You could replace the Lib Dems with the Conservatives, the BNP, or the Greens, and your sentence would hold just as much weight.

I just found out today that Conservatives want to give financial benefits to married couples, that really annoys me.
Any chance of me voting Conservative has gone with their tax break on marriages.
Way ahead of you there. Do I vote for Other, or Not Voting, bearing in mind I'm going to specifically spoil my vote?

I remember there being an incredible jump (like, days of grinding) between any of the final bosses and the Dark Aeons/Monster Arena stuff. Only way I got past Dark Valefor was via Zanmato and I hardly call that honourable.
Incidentally my girlfriend is going through said grinding right now.

Just out of curiosity, I am interested to know how many people here play FF ?
The thing about FF X is that the storyline is pretty good and there are many sidequests and means to power up your character to blow the monsters to smithereen. I like the turn base system as it allows me to think and plan exactly as I want to. Fighting random monsters does get repetitive but helps to power up the character.
Just received FF XII today. In testing it out, the introduction video was impressive (similar to Star Wars) but the game play sucks as I have trouble telling my character to hit the opponent even when he is next to his opponent and facing him. They seem to have changed the control to some kind of semi real time control with homing system.
I hated FFXII initially too, but after giving it a second chance a few months later the battle system works really well. Then again I think FFX is one of the worst in the series so your mileage may vary.

Welcome to the world of Apple, where you conform to their rules of computing, rather than they be flexible to your needs. Not that this will be much encouragement seeing as you already know, but you get what you pay for.

Nadal won his first slam vs Puerta, Fed won his against Philippousis, Djokovic won his first one against Tsonga.
If Andy won on Sunday, it'd be a unbelievable achievement.
Well if Del Potro can do it...

Ah, but as Henners said on the Today programme this morning, if you're not nervous then you don't care and you should always care, otherwise what's the point?
This is the dude whose nerves cost him though so salt, grain of?
