What a disappointment. He was very slow today and seemed to take longer and longer between points in sharp contrast to Coric who played quickly and moved much better. Andy's shirt appeared to be soaking but he couldn't be bothered to change it  as Coric did probs irrelevant  55 unforced errors and poor serving. Oh well I suppose that is what we love about Andy - you never know what he is going to do next. Maybe it was wedding nerves. Running out of swearwords for watching these matches.

I think we should be a bit leniant with Lloyd and Cash. They were impressed with him throughout the tournament and were just venting their frustrations as most of us were that he didn't win. Especially the manner in whish he just kind of mentally checked out after 2-0 in the 3rd set. I think they both really wanted him to win this one as did all of us on here

I think it would be wrong to blame the physical side for this loss. Both men were extremely fit and Andy moved well throughout the match reaching most drop shots (except agonisingly the 40-30 in third set which would have given him the break and seemed to turn the match) I think he lost because he was unable to reach Djokos level of accuracy and consistency and his weak second serve was punished relentlessly. His shots eventually let him down against a relentless opponent. I expect he knew before we did when the match was lost as he has been playing this guy since he was 12. I hope he can bounce back and win the next tournament.

How sad and infuriating that all the media care about is trying to disrespect and defame Andy's lovely girlfriend when she is such a nice lady, they are both so happy and he has made it to another grand slam final. Nobody heard what she said and it seems to me incredibly unlikely that Kim would swear and insult anyone even in the heat of battle. This is journalism at its smallest and meanest. All it will mean is that they are back to square one with Andy who will be absolutely blazing mad about it and probably revert to the monosyllabic interviews. No other British sporting superstar is disrespected like Andy. David Beckham, an Englishman, has virtual saint status despite a number of grubby affairs. It seems anything can be said about Andy - they should move back to Scotland where he is truly loved and valued.

so true =  i lost count of the number of superlatives used by the commentators about Dmitrov's play. He was very aggressive and made very few mistakes, It was a great victory by Andy one of the best.
