That was a good match. Proper exciting. Milos is not as good as the Big4 but he's the best of the rest, and he's fought to be more than a servebot.
Who are we including as the big 4 here? Because Wawrinka and Nishikori might have something to say about that.

Novak seems to be improving his game. St Essex asked if we should be wanting him to top this group. Why is that, I'm not too up on the numbers can anyone help.
Winners of each group play the runners up of the other, so there's a chance Andy and Novak could face each other if one tops the other group and the other comes 2nd in theirs.

I assume that's what Essex is referring to. Frankly, given the players get 200 points per group stage win, I'd rather Djokovic lose here and in the next match (although I don't think either chance is likely). There's no guarantee Andy will top his group (or even qualify) and likewise no guarantee Novak wouldn't top his even if he loses a game. No point worrying about the permutations at this stage. And even if they did meet in the semis, I don't really see why we're want to avoid that. For simplicity's sake I'd just like to see Andy win his matches and Novak lose his.

Murray and Soares beat the Bryans in straight sets. Impressive stuff. They are in a strong position to qualify now.

Agree Aileen, in my opinion ST Essex only applauds Andy when he is winning so thank you for that
Andy was winning all match.

Very comprehensive result in the end.

Once he found his rhythm midway through that second set he ran away with it. Cilic was never at the races. Murray battled well but he'll need to sort out those errors in the next game because Kei will not let him get away with it.

I'm pretty much just waiting for the error every rally. The only question is to which player will make it.

How about end of the season fatigue?
This performance has nothing to do with fatigue.

Let's please not scrabble around for excuses already.

Why's he taking so long between service points? Bouncing it like Djokovic at the moment. I assume this is a new tac to slow himself down?

That was his 4th. In 3 games.
