If you make sure the mask is underneath your glasses and/or wash the glasses with soap and water just before you need to wear the mask. Hope this helps.

I know through stops with Boris but he has to rely on everyone who are advising him but if he is feeling anything like our son he will be finding it very difficult to keep going for long and that is why the cabinet should be helping him. He was hoping that the people would show some sense of responsibility but unfortunately that is not to be. I can see us going into lockdown again very quickly.
I agree with you Aileen England should have its own parliament to deal with English issues but if I remember a particular party in parliament votes against it, although there were others.

I met someone today whose mother lives in a flat in London and she says you wouldn't know there was lockdown as the streets are packed. Around here everyone is sticking to the rules. I love in Woking , Surrey

I too remember the Asian flu returning in the 70's and our GP said neither my parents not me would get it as it had been around before. Our young children had it but so did we as we were living abroad the first time it came aroun. I remember being extremely ill.

Glad to hear you slowly recovering. Our son is also still recovering but he has been left with the dreadful cough. He is now coming into the sixth week.

Sorry about my last post but the computer dictionary knew better . BUS should read BUS and GO should read TO and unsinkable should read unsinkable . It would be good to know how althusser is.

While I worked in the BUS for 25 years it was almost impossible to bring them up to datr. They were afraid of change. This is why the hospitals still write their discharge letters in five copies which means the fifth copy is illegible so time and money was wasted as the GO staff had to ring for the info. They refused to computerised it. They and spend one third of their budget on unsinkable court cases.

I see that Italy are very angry about some country in the EU stockpiling all the PPE etc. I wonder another was? They fear that this behaviour will be the end of the EU.  I Thornburg could be correct.

I would phone 111just for reassurance if nothing else. Our son and niece both suffered from nausea around this time but High phones 111and felt better after doing so.

Hope you are feeling better althusser and that your brother, waverlybear,  is improving. Our son is much better but overdid it yesterday so had a bad night. It seems that you have to take it very easy. Hope Boris does not rush back to work.

Our eldest son has had it really badly. Today is number  14 and is at last seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Strangely no one else in the household is showing any signs of the virus. He is one of the many who are counted into the stats as although he rang 111 and spoke to a doctor who told him he could not register that he has the virus but that there was no doubt he has it. This totally skews the numbers.

My niece is also now on the road to recovery.
In January our youngest son had the exact same symptoms as our eldest has just  had but he put it down to flu. My husband had the same symptoms one week later and I had extremely mildones. We had Greenberg John 2 days before he took ill. Apparently there were numerous people in the surrounding area who also had the same symptoms and some were quite severe. It would be feasible for this to have been here earlier as Wigan is a large business centre which is visited by all nationalities of business people. We will never know I see the government has said that there are many more cases than recorded because many people never seek help and that somewhat do are not tecorded.

Our eldest son who is 50 has been really bad with this virus. Even though he spoke to 111 his case will not be counted. He is now recovering after 10 days. He has not been out of bed for 8 days.
Our niece has also been ill with this virus but even though the paramedics examined her she will also not be counted.  If you think that are 2 so far in one family imagine how many there are all over the country. The numbers are absolutely usekess. Even with testing many victims will not be counted.
