We have a superb medication for jet lag. Called Melatonin.  In the States it is bought without prescription but here it is harder or impossible to obtain. I assume it is not on a banned drug list for athletes. Maybe if Andy suffers from jet lag repeatedly he should try that?

my son takes meatonin but its band in chemist over here its only perscribed from consultants and its hormonal drug its a nightmare to move through customes each time i go abroad need to carry medical letter as gp are not allowed to prescribe here

well i was lucky enough to watch today and i thought Andy was sublime he was strong powerful and great sportsman i couldnt  help but think today was a mental game because he had dani to deal with as well as tommy  it was and up yours to him and tommy in equal measure today was a must win to shut the press up and prove to the world i know what i'm doing  and then post match interview he proved my suspicions while his team looked on with pride and rightly so 

i think he could win this easily he has the right mind set and an extra days rest xxx
