Anyone who witnessed what went on when Stan was serving for the match? The newspapers spread rumours of an argument between both men in which Stan complained about Fed's box.

It wasn't clear at the time who he was upset with but he was clearly angry.  He was gesturing towards someone and the commentator said it looked like it was to someone from Federer's camp.  The umpire said something along the lines of "just let it go" and nothing more was said that I heard.

Twitter was full of positivity for Andy for doing the exhibition match.  I was beaming with pride.

I love that Andy made a joke about Thursday.  It's just so nice to see that he is okay and smiling.  Delighted that he did this tonight.   yay

Wait, what doubles match?!
Over on red button after this.  Andy and Henman v Cash and McEnroe.  Or some combination of those four!!

Well I wasn't expecting this.  Go Andy!  This should be really good for him, ending on a high note.

She had a good run, longer than I imagined.  Happy it was such a positive experience for her.  She seemed to really enjoy herself.

fair warning getting emotionally invested in Andy Murray can cause great delight but also great pain, but we are all on this roller coaster togther...welcome.

Ah, don't I know it!  I've been in a right state this year.  Every match has me in tears, whether it's of joy or sadness.  And after the Valencia final i was a gibbering wreck!  Thanks for the welcome.

Hi, I'm new here too!  I'm Debbie from just outside Edinburgh.   wave

I've been lurking here for a few weeks now, working my way through a number of threads, reading what everyone has to say, even locating the Wimbledon and US Open discussions and reliving the nerves and excitement through you guys.  You all seem like a great bunch of peeps (even the less positive types Whistle) and I look forward to having some great convos with you through 2015, the big comeback year.   cmon yeah

What is wrong with Andy's game and what can be done?  If only any of us really knew.  We can all see where he's underperforming but we can only guess at what is behind the inconsistencies.  My guess after much analysis?  He is exhausted.  It's so upsetting to see his level dip when he's shown flashes of brilliance recently.  I suppose we can only have faith in Andy and his team to sort what is wrong.

I find myself becoming more and more emotionally invested in this amazing man.  I just want the very best for him on and off the court.  I've only been a fan since Wimby 2013 and the first tennis match I ever watched was Wimby 2012 so it's been an adventure of learning about Andy and tennis itself.  I feel like I'm only now a fully fledged fan, watching all of his tournaments obsessively day and night, whatever the hour, home or at work.  It's such a shame that he's hitting a hard patch right now but temporary it is, of that I'm sure.

By the way, I registered on Wednesday and chose the username doublebagel because I love the phrase.  It always makes me smile.  Imagine my horror when watching Thursday's match against Roger!  I'm so glad Andy didn't fall victim to this fate.  :-)
