Dudley Council.  South Staffordshire Water. 10.10 pm Monday evening, non main road.  2' x 2' neatly cut out square 'hole' in road prepared before 10.10 pm after emergency work carried out by Water Board's contractor.

Good luck with that... in my experience so far the quality of the roads in Dudley is abysmal, and South Staffs Water are almost entirely incompetent and unhelpful. (They still occasionally chase my late father for payment of a bill he was never liable for, sending their demands to an entirely separate address that he never lived at!)

I am actually studying my college stuff for once... with a bit of music, and the occasional random thing learned along the way (all about the bodhrán, and the story of the Three Ravens) Oh how I live it up on a Saturday night...
