The show's sixth season started July 12 so I think they would still be filming episodes for this season. At a guess I'd say Andy will be on mid-season.

More likely late season. I've seen every episode of Entourage. It varies a little, but there are usually just over a dozen episodes per season. I imagine he'll be on towards the end of the season.
