Perth? Most of Fife is on decent train lines for commuting either way as well. Livingston Wink

What you found?

Nothing yet, but I'm looking for an area first.  I like the idea of being between those two cities because A) I love Edinburgh and kinda know it, and B) I'll nearish Lorna and far enough away from Neil hahaha.  If I live outside a city living costs should be lower.  I'd need to be able to drive and own a car though so once I have them I can look into it proper.

I don't think there's a place you would like Amy. Perth maybe, but there's nothing in Perth really.

Somewhere like Edinburgh is lovely, but extortionate. I've always preferred Glasgow, more friendly people, more things to do, and cheaper.

Fife is quiet and quite rural. Andrew's right, better somewhere between Edinburgh and Glasgow with easy access to them for decent shopping and nights out Smile

There's nothing there, no shopping, very little nightlife. The only good thing about Perth is that you are relatively handy for Glasgow and Edinburgh (35 mins)

Go have a look at Perth, but I can't see what it would have for a single woman in her mid 20s.
