Ill  Think I've got a bit of lingering food poisoning from something I ate a few days ago....had stomach pains for the last few days and now it's getting worse....  But I've got someone staying, so I don't want to make a fuss and not all eat together and drink wine etc. |

If it's getting worse, then just watch it's not just coming to a head. |

We didn't need to walk to the sea in Wales, because it came to us!!! Bloody rain!!! We stayed on a campsite in Nefyn Laura, well its more of a farm with two fields for camping and one for cows  |
