I'm glad you mentioned it ... I just looked it up and Homeopathy is mentioned - also, apart from your reason for using it, there is mention made of anti-viral as well as analgesic ...

It's not homeopathy though, regardless of what a website, that looks like it's been made by a 5-year-old, says lol

As a professional website designer, you're supposed to overlook everyone else's flaws  Whistle

Anyway, I might try it out, if in fact it is an analgesic, as my right foot is still troubling me from time to time and I'm using that as an excuse for not putting in the full time on the TM !!  Rolling Eyes

If you are going through a tough time, St. John's Wort is a fantastic and it's natural. In Germany it's often prescribed to patients suffering mild depression.

I go on it when I feel emotionally unstable, back on them as of a few days ago. For me it works, whether that's placebo or not, I don't care but there is plenty of scientific evidence behind it.

You can buy it cheaply from Tesco but you do need to take more than the RDA if taking it for this purpose, I take between 4-6 tablets a day.

yes  Natural remedy.

Natural ingredients have long been used in herbal and homeopathic remedies to support good mood and harmony in the brain. St John's Wort (often called 'Nature's Prozac') is a well-used herb that works to prevent the body from using too much serotonin.

Daisy will be best as I don't know much about it but...

Homeopathy: Treating an illness by consuming an ultra diluted amount of the harming chemical/substance, sometimes even poison, in the hope that it tests your immune system without harming you, and therefore increases your defenses against whatever you are fighting. There is no scientific evidence to back it up, in fact all evidence suggests it's placebo.

Daisy will most likely correct the above.

St. John's Wort: A substance from the root of a plant that when taken enough of, basically blocks/reduces the chemicals in your brain that causes you to feel depressed. This is fully backed up by scientific evidence and is frequently prescribed by doctors in Germany.
