My dad had a heart attack at lunchtime and I was not told until a few hours ago. I'm not sure what to think, but I can feel the anxiety creeping in.

Good, he seems stable and in no danger at the moment, which is giving me something to at least fight the anxiety with. Going to see him tomorrow.

Well that's a relief! Don't try to fight the anxiety too much though, because it's perfectly normal in the circumstances, and hopefully you'll feel better once you've actually seen him.

A mix between happy and s*it and f*ck.
My college life concludes on Monday, and I will be unemployed and no longer a student. Lol.

Thanks for the update Connor. Is there a Careers' Adviser at the college you can get help from, or do you have a particular career in mind? I wish you the best of luck though in your job hunting.

Firstly, Connor, good luck in your work experience, the more you meet and engage with people, the more confident you will be and as your journalistic skills mature and increase and success comes, even in small doses, you will lose your nerves. We are routing for you, young man.
Prod, don't give up, just gently apply yourself to getting to know this lady and you will know by her response whether she welcomes your attentions.Oldbut true, faint heart never won fair lady.
And Sabine, wish a trip to the gym would improve my movement. Keep at it, you will benefit greatly. Luv to all.

It finally arrived here yesterday but the weather is forecast to break on Saturday, so as usual it's a case of enjoy it while you can!
It'll be a great pity if Quens is affected by rain, although it won't be for the first time.
