Haven´t made a thread in ages. I thought this would come in handy as many users like books and to stop ´What are you reading right now?´getting cluttered up, we could use this thread to talk about writers instead of specific books.

^ Good shout, Gangsta.  I'd find it difficult to pinpoint a favourite.  On light reading I enjoy crime thrillers, and amongst those authors has to be Lee Child, Patricia Cornwall and Sue Grafton.  Light reading, but compelling.  

Favourite classic author has to be Charlotte Bronte.

Gangsta has. Plot revolves around a girl who asked her man to "stand by me" but instead **** her and runs away.
