Yes..so it seems  Whistle

Its not sexism. But fairness. If women want the same amount of money, they must play the same amount of sets
It's sexism, end of story.. no room for debate there.

Women are paid for 5 sets with only playing 3 sets because they are of the female sex. They are being given special treatment because they are female and this is positive sexism and it's wrong.

It's a small part of this "postive discrimination" that exists in this country. i.e. helping/encouraging/marking it easier for people of ethnic minorities/disabilities/females. Now while i am all for having a mixed and indeed fair workforce, this doesn't mean it should be easier for someone else to get in and/or suceed in a job, just because they are not a white male. Sure, encourage applicants to jobs and so on, but if they don't meet the requirements then they shouldn't be given chance after chance to get in, or have it made easier for them, or recieve extra training. It;s only so a company can say they filled their quote for the above groups.

Quotas of people's type should not exist, but rather the number of applications not those employed should show a companies level of commitment to be non-discrimatory.

Positive Discrimination is still discrimination.  Sorry for the rant.
