Well actually it's not very good at the moment. It's good for changing $NZ into £ but not £ to $NZ. The £200 she sent comes to roughly $540NZ. Would have been $600 not too long ago.
However, the exchange rate ordering DVDs from Amazon UK for the girlfriend for Christmas is quite favourable.

confused We were chatting to parents the other day who said that xchange rate was good at the moment, obviously they were talking crap again! Very Happy

Well it is good. But for sending $NZ overseas. Not much good for bringing foreign currency here at the moment. It can't really be good for both ways at the same time.

Anyway am currently at work. Started a job at my Dad's office today as I do every summer. Rather tedious task at the moment. Going through a billion letters that have been returned due to the addresses being no good. So I have to find the correct address, first by seeing if they have a current alternate address on file, then if not, look them up in the white pages online (which means I've been given internet access this year Very Happy). Then if still no luck, attempt to contact the customer via the phone number on file for them. Putting the phone ones aside for now, really can't be bothered. lol

Ah the $/£ thing makes more sense then - they are sending the kids $.

I'm finding it very hard not to hang my head in my hands in despair Frown  I need a new job!

Standing in next buying socks and a new belt.

Accidentally went to work with white sports socks so decided I could do with some new socks anyway.
