Elly... my sis arrives very soon, but just wanted to log in to say I'm so very sorry you are going through this ****. I have some experience, and please pm me anytime.

If I don't get back to you for a bit, it's because of my sis.

And to completely change the subject and hopefully lighten the mood, I'm currently pouring vinegar in between the gaps of my deck.
Long story short..I smelt something whiffy a few days ago, really rancid. So I guess something has died under it, and woke up this morning to a load of wriggling maggots. .Yuck!!!!!!
It's either a chipmunk or the big fat rabbit. I'm hoping its the rabbit. Fed up of it eating all my flowers I so painstakingly plant.
Can't put any chemicals down because of our dog, but hoping this will do the trick.

Trust me.. the smell of vinegar is WAAAAYY better than the other rotten smell.

This has just reminded me of years ago when I lived on my own and had a cat. I took home a chicken to cook, and she was trying to get at the giblets. So I hastily grabbed the packet, and put it on top of one of my high kitchen cabinets.
Then forgot all about them.

Until a few days later... oh gawd, the smell!!!

Getting my head around being diagnosed with womb cancer.  Funny - I thought I'd have a lot to say - but I don't.  Never felt so scared in all my life.  Just wasn't in the plan...

Holy shit. Cancer is a bitch, and God is a prat for inventing it.
