Unfortunately so, but for the first MurraysWorld meet up, I'll bake ya one.  Deal! I tried to make eggy bread the other week. It was awful. I wondered if you need to toast the bread first, before dipping? You can tell I'm no Nigella!  |

You have to bake it to firm it up a bit I believe. Also the base will firm when baked, so it doesn't fall apart.
Correct me if I'm wrong Elly - thanks!
We can keep it in the fridge, right? It'll firm up that way too....I think. So complicated. Time for some baking classes to bring out my baking talent and knowledge.  |
