Are both mosley and Margarito the same weight as Hatton? Is there a possibility he could fight one of them if he beats Pac, or will he retire after that?

They are a weight class above Hatton. But he's fought there before. Most famously losing to Mayweather Jr last year!
If Hatton beats Pacqiuao, then I reckon he'll call out Mayweather.
If he loses, its retiring time. He would need at least 2 more fights to rebuild his career, and he dosent have that many fights left. Although GoldenBoy will most likely organise a fight with De La Hoya and Hatton as both their last fights. One last mega payday in London at the end of the year. I could see that happening.
But if he does win then it opens up so many fights for him. Theres no-one really in his division thats a big enough draw, maybe one of the lightweight guys stepping up. Marquez, Diaz. The fight I would like to see would be Cotto!
You've got to hand it to Hatton though, he's called out 2 of the best boxers around. And he's done it at their prime. Ok, he was schooled by Mayweather but under his new trainer, and a new regime, he might have a chance. He is boxing better than last year, and training harder. If he could behave when noit training then he could last a few more years, as long as hes winning.
Beat Pacqiauo, then Cotto, finally finishing off Mayweather, and he would be Pound for Pound No.1!!!!!!

Its only just March but already we have a contender for Fight of the Year! Juan Manuel Marquez v Juan Diaz in the Lightweight division. There were 4 belts on the line and after Pacqiauo and Nate Campbell left that division, these two guys are the top 2!
Did anyone see it??? If not, dont search the result, download it and watch it. Its not often that you see a fight in which the ref dosent have to step in occasionally. This ref had nothing to do all night, as was the quality of both boxers.

I watched the last couple of rounds. From what I gathered Diaz was dominating early on and then Marquez just stepped it up when Diaz began to tire.

Diaz landed a lot more punches early on and opened up a cut on JMM. HE looked like he was going to finish him off quickly. But yeah, Marquez came back strong and cut Diaz bad. I dont think Diaz was tiring, just that Marquez was way too experienced. Caught him with an absolute peach of an uppercut and Diaz was all over the place. Finished. Interestingly the judges were scoring it a draw at the start of the 9th round.
Also after the fight, JMM called out Floyd Mayweather to fight him next, but he'll more than likely face the winner of Hatton v Pacqiuao. Although Frank Warren is keen for Kahn to face him after he beats Barrera.
Khan would get detroyed in the first round by Marquez. Thats if he gets by Barrera.

Jeez, Khan beats an over the hill Barrera after a cut because of a head clash, yet the commentators are going nuts. Idiots.
Had Khan fought a prime Barrera, he would have been mauled.

Can't stand Calzaghe. I think he's an embarrassment. Great boxer who doesn't know how to throw a punch. He slaps. And all that taunting and showboating he does during fights is cringe inducing.
Good riddance. ******* embarrassment.

Khan was way too quick for him. Even if there had been no clash of heads it would have been the same result.

Well, there's no way of knowing that. It's besides the point anyway. Barrera is way, way past his prime, and the commentators are blowing it out of proportion. Like I said, Khan isn't in the same league as a prime Barrera.

I'm too young to remember him in his prime, but given his career win-loss record you're probably right.

Disgracefull. Ref or Doc should have stopped the fight way earlier. Only reason the doctor didnt was they needed to make sure enough of the fight had gone on as to give Khan the win. It was a No Contest in my opinion!
And I'm not sure it would have ended like that. Barrera couldnt do anything after 2 minutes, but he still took everything Khan had to offer and he stayed standing. We know how weak Khan's chin is, so all it would have taken was one or two clean punches and he's down. But we'll never know. I'm still uninpressed by him! But now he deserves a world title fight according to Warren, so lets see it. Marquez v Khan!!!
Anyone see Enzo getting knocked out??? Shocking, he was 1/20 odds. He said afterwards that he didnt spar for the fight and didnt take the guy seriously. Thought all he had to do was turn up.

Yeah, that was my reasoning going into the fight, too. Khan wouldn't be able to knock Barrera out. His only chance was to outpoint him. Barrera, on the other hand, hits hard enough to knock out Khan if he catches him once or twice.
Didn't see Enzo get knocked out, but I'm not surprised. He's a bit overrated. Haye gave him a doing.
