ATP/WTA Tour - The Other Players

Worst Wimbledon this year I've ever seen, by a distance.

Hardly Fed's fault but awful match, expected more from Cilic. Quickly turning off before the fawning starts.

Non-event. Good that it is over. Fed in tears as if it was his very first Wimby triumph after a hard battle.

Well done, Fed.  Getting very emotional looking over at his family. Found it very moving.

Fed weeping now.

Glad Cilic finished the match.

Why can't I warm up to Fed.

I have no idea.  I wish people would try.

Sue is obviously not a Doctor Who fan. This interview is taking far too long.

The Fed kids are the most entertaining thing on screen right now.

I think that was a nice speech from both players.

I've watched Fed play before I knew and started supporting Andy. I like his tennis but somehow never warmed up to Fed.

Since everyone talks records when fawning over Fed, does he hold the record as the only Wimbledon men's finalist not to go up to his box when he wins?    I can't think of anyone else who hasn't followed the pattern since Pat Cash started it whenever.

That was like a regress to the Sampras years - not even challenged the whole tournament.

I was just thinking that. Is the competition so rubbish at the mo that a 35 year old, or is he 36, can win Wimbledon without dropping a set   Think And for goodness sake Berd put up more opposition than Cilic. Just read he had awful blisters, probably partially explains awful performance.

Love that the winner goes out on the balcony.  Nice tradition.

Just shows again the dominance of the Big 4 really, and the different level they've been on to mostly anyone else, over the last- well, longer than a decade now. And the state the game is in without 2 or 3 of them around to challenge the others!

I went out before the end as the sunshine was more appealing than watching the non-match through to the end and then watching all the adulation for fed.  Let's hope the mixed dubs is more enjoyable.
