well, he won the first set and just saved two points for Nadal to break back! I'd say that's keeping it up.
so well
Played . Think the next set will be hard for him to win , you never know !!

Congrats to Thiem. Intersting to see how he handles being the likely favourite to win the title now. Not that I think it would be wise to count Djokovic out - feels like he's edging towards getting his mojo back.

Amazing play by Thiem today, a well-deserved win.
Maybe this tournament will finally see a new Masters champion? - only Djokovic has won at this level before.
I'd really like Thiem, Zverev or Del Potro to win.

Very well done to Thiem!
Don't know why tennisTV isn't showing Raonic's match though, but Zverev took the first 7-6. Still the big one just has to be Djoko vs Delpo. I admit to voting for Djoko in the RTR given that he won their last two meetings this year and seems to be getting his mojo back, but I really hope Delpo can pull it off!

Anyone know what's going on with Raonic/Zverev? The live score has been stuck at 1-1 in the second for ages now, and it isn't raining because they're showing the men's doubles. Retirement through injury maybe?

Thanks Tamaragl - I've only just discovered that! Don't know why they didn't take the live score down though.

I remembered about it not long after I'd gone to bed, so got up and did it. How's that for dedication?! lol

Super match Thiem/Nadal which Thiem won. He really played superbly and I hope del Potro beats Novak tonight. Looking ahead, I wonder whether Thiem or Zverev will be first to No 1 and where del P will play in their journey. Exciting times ahead but I do hope before they all meet their destiny that our Andy has a few winning moments.
