ATP/WTA Tour - The Other Players

Quote

I decided that as well.   Also it was a bit like Jelena, then his wife-to-be, complaining after Andy won Wimbledon in 2013 that Novak had been 'distracted' by the noisy partisan crowd!
You can add to that Djoko's ridiculous 'love-throwing' at the crowd which has me reaching for the off button, only he didn't do it after he won the AO because he was so angry at them for getting behind Thiem.

He was angry at them for getting behind Thiem at the AO?  That's stupid because the crowd always support "the underdog".  Thiem wasn't an underdog anyway, but when a player has won the title so many times. it's usual for people to want to see a new champion.
Djokovic's an exceptionally good player, but you get sick and tired of him sometimes! lol  Rolling Eyes

Interesting ... first of all Medvedev goes to Pospisil then Tsisti falls to Bedene.  Maybe Australia has taken its toll? Think

Why don't the  WTA coaches just come on court along with the players? Rolling Eyes - https://www.wtatennis.com/news/1613727/-we-need-to-evolve-cahill-welcomes-trial-of-new-coaching-rules

Kyle citing illness as the reason.  Hope it's just fatigue after NY and not another virus.

Sorry about Kyle.  I missed Broady's match because it ended 4 hours ago (it said).
I don't know how many people are online during the night to watch your links Tonedial ?

I think he'll be all right for Wimbledon.  I know about knee arthroscopies.  He must be very fed up.

I'd say it's time he retired!  At least Andy has finally decided to tell us what his situation is - see News Articles.

I've thought he (RF) should have retired about 5 years ago!

He probably will go on forever.
But I do think he'll play until he's 40  shocking
