You do have to feel for some of the lower ranked players, the ones who are good but never really going to challenge the Rogers and Rafa's etc. They work week in week out and budget just to get from one tournament to the next...and end up injured or shattered by the time the GS come around Watching Hewitt v Nalby Just tuned in with Nalby up a break in the 2nd set after Hewitt took the 1st set 6-3. I want a 4 set will for Hewitt Long enough for a good fight between them but not so long that Lleyton is shattered for the next round Seriously love the guy

SHOCK! Safina destroyed in 2 straight sets 6-0 6-0 by Clijsters!! Was hoping she'd win but didn't think she'd take her apart like that!

Fast forwarding through all the recorded stuff and stopped at Delpo's first set tiebreak. Wow - it's obvious that lack of match practise together with high anxiety is causing him to miss here and there, but his ball striking is unimpaired. I expect to see him return to his sterling self by mid summer if not sooner. So great to see him back and he looks grrrrrrrrrrreat.

and Hewitt breaks and then holds a love service game to lead in the 3rd. This is the match we were wanting from these two. Not the best tennis the whole time but exciting and with both players knowing how important this is and wanting it with everything they have. Good fun to watch

I could watch Nalbandian's backhand all day, his game is faltering at the moment though.

Oh this is fun! Hewitt is leading 5-2 and Nalby is serving, hit it into the net and decided to start throwing his racket around

2-1 to Rusty, error-strewn match but enjoying watching two players in their swansong years.

I'm paranoid. But am I paranoid enough?

If Nalbandian had ever learned to put down the fork and focus on the stick in his hand and the ball coming towards him, he'd have four slams by now.

Don't let Sylvie hear you say that Both players have slumped and the tiredness has hit them. I think Hewitt will win this and then go out in probably the 3rd round I'll be impressed if he went further...infact if he goes a lot further then I'd say this was really his swansong and he was trying to go out with a bang

I love clean ball-strikers, like Agassi, Baghdatis and Cabbagewriter.

I'm not disagreeing, though I do feel a bit sorry of him. Some people have to fight more against their natural body size/style to keep fit Me I eat tones of rubbish and worry it off
