Pretty much. Can't see Murray beating Nole if he's playing like this.
You're like that Welsh guy in James and the Giant Peach - 'We're all doomed!'
In some ways, though, I think it would be better for Andy to face Fed in the final. He would be so determined not to lose to him again in a slam final, and he'd know exactly what to correct.
If he plays Nole, it's a bit of an unknown quantity, especially as they get to meet so few times.

Everybody catch that? Federer audibly said '22' - the number of times Nole bounced the ball. The point after, the Djoker bounced it just nine times - the fewest all match.
Ha ha, Frauderer's rattled!
He's got previous on this - swearing at the umpire in the USO final of 2009, swearing again at the umpire in the Wimbledon 2007 final. Really not a pleasant chap.

I'll be glad if he doesn't have to play Federer. I fear he may have developed a mental block against him in Slam finals and the Fraudster always has a bit of an aura about him in such events. Murray can beat Djokovic - I know they haven't played each other in nearly 2 years, but Murray's won their last 3 encounters, all on hard.

It would be an interesting encounter. I went off Novak completely for a while but he's grown back into favour as he, too, seems to have matured somewhat and his skills have also improved - he had things to iron out too, same as our Andy. They practice together at the majors and I always thought that in the future they would be competing against each other for places in the top of the rankings. I've just come back from town and I didn't expect to see this scoreboard - somehow with all the Federer worship going on between the commentators I thought he would win this match, but Novak has been on top so far, but Fed is still fighting back.

Mats should have stuck to the playing, become a coach or something. He's on the Castle scale of naffness in commentary
Castle is in the Eurosport studio. wth?I thought he stuck to the Beeb?
Hi Bev. How's things?
Don't think it's Castle, Caly, thought that myself early on in the tourney but it is, I think, David Feldman/Feltham - something like that - he just sounds like him.

Broken back! Novak sreves for the match - oh how I wish it was Andy who had beaten Fed! Novak is an unknown quantity for Andy as they don't meet too often. Mind you, Ferrer is no mean opponent! I'm not much good with alcohol first thing in the morning but it could be the cherry brandy again.
