What has Popsy done? I hope he's all right, I like him.
He rolled on his ankle at match point. He said he heard a couple of pops. He was supposed to be having an MRI last night.
I also like him. He plays his heart out. Thought it was a big ask of him yesterday playing three days straight tough matches. Novak on Friday, tough 5 sets doubles on Saturday which went to 10 - 8 in the 5th and then yesterday. He made an exciting finish in the 3rd set after being down 5/3 fighting back to a tiebreak and then fighting back again to bring the tiebreak to 6 all.
Hope he gets some good news from the MRI.

^ Me too. Poor guy put his heart, soul and body into that match. He said his tears at the end were because of the heart-felt loss, and not the ankle pain.
Vasek Pospisil is my Canadian Andy Murray.
Here's his post-match:

Ouch! I didn't see it, I was watching Andy and the boys, but I hope Popsy will be all right. I remember years ago watching Queen's when Greg Rusedski did something that sounds very similar and he never really got over it, so I really hope Popsy gets good news. What rotten luck for him when he spent the weekend working so hard.
While on the subject of ankles, someone suggested to me that Andy was wearing lighter ankle protectors (my brain has gone, I know protectors isn't the word I want, but I can't think of the word I do want
) in Croatia. I wasn't sure, they looked the same as ever to me. Anyone got any idea if they were different?

You used the correct term, support/protectors is fine.
And I'm not sure.

Thanks Prod. I've got a bit of a headache, not a migraine, just a silly niggle and it made me doubt myself
.
I wasn't sure, but it was suggested to me. I did notice Andy was moving pretty well, but I rather hoped it was because his back wasn't too bad.

Saw Jez Green was there in Croatia. Probably a precaution in case Andy hurt his back.

That's funny seen as Matt is smaller than Jez, plus Jez is green so surely that will stand out?
