Federer's dominance is over, it's official

I don't think Federer's confidence is as high as it was either.

I think he'll drop out of the top 50 and will be playing Challengers next year.

Federers to proud to let it get that bad I think he would rather retire than drop out of the top 10

I was joking.  It was my impression of our resident troll, fuzzyballs.

It was a good one. Of course even at that he'll still be better than Andy, who'll be lucky to finish the year as British no 1. That is seeing as he's gonna slip to 350 in the world...

And the other question is, when will Neil accept that this is not simply a temporary drop in form? Federer is over! Very Happy

I dont think he is OVER. No he is NOT.

His DOMINANCE is over. But he is not. He will still win a few slams, etc.

Yeah I meant his dominance being over - I think Federer can still make a few ATP finals.

Can't see him winning another slam, I think Djokovic will take the USO.

IMO fed will not win another slam

"You guys are brutal. Absolutely brutal. The guy has only made two Grand Slam finals this year. I would love his bad year. I would love it."
Andy Roddick chips in with his view of Federer's 'bad' year.

lol

Is that not old? I'm sure he's said that somewhere else recently.

Did he not say that in a interview at Queens?

He may not be as good as he was, but he still made 2 slam finals, losing to Nadal, who was playing unbelievable tennis. He still had more Slams in him. This is good as previously he was expected to break Sampras' record. Now he will really have to fight for it if he wants it.
